COVID-19: latest update from BPE

In light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and with it the ever-changing situation, we wanted to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to minimise disruption to service, whilst also prioritising the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and clients.

We wanted to let you that it is very much business as usual for all of us at BPE. However, as expected, and in line with Government guidelines, as well as recommendations from the World Health Organisation, we have implemented procedures to allow our staff to work from home. Therefore, we are asking clients and contacts to consider using video conferencing software as an alternative to face to face meetings, so that we can responsibly limit any social interaction. This will enable us to continue to deliver the level of service you have come to expect, as well as operate in an effective, safe manner.

We have every faith in our procedures and robust business continuity policies – and we know they are fit for purpose. However, beyond the technology of our day-to-day business, our priority remains with our people. Should any of our staff come forward with any symptoms they will of course self-isolate in accordance with Government policy.

We will continue to monitor the guidance from both the Government and the World Health Organisation, and we will endeavour to keep you periodically updated with any changes to the running of our business.

A reminder to you that we are always available and here to help and support you, so please do call us or email in the usual way.

Stay safe and well and do keep checking our website for regular updates.
