BPE shares expertise with fellow industry leaders at Pharma Connect

Chemical and biochemical engineering design specialist, BPE, attended NEPIC’s Pharma Connect conference recently – for the opportunity to discuss important developments within the pharmaceutical sector.

The event took place on Thursday 11 July at RTC North in Sunderland and was attended by industry leaders, including Arcinova, Sterling Pharma and BES.

Jon McGeehan attended from BPE: “The presentations were very informative – in particular Paul Quigley’s talk on the significant technology developments that Arcinova are making in Flow Chemistry,” he said.

“Paul demonstrated the benefits that can be achieved with this process – including accelerated timescales and reduced costs. This is all synonymous with BPE’s work in this area, which can be seen in our Continuous Reactor Modelling white paper.

“Events like these provide an excellent chance to share ideas with important players in this vital industry. It is hugely beneficial for us – and for our clients – that we network and form close relationships with these fellow innovative companies. We will continue to do so in the months and years to come.”

BPE has been helping manufacturers make their processes safer and more efficient since 1997. It offers a full range of process engineering services, including process modelling, process safety, project management and process development/scale-up support. It counts some of the UK’s biggest blue-chip manufacturers among its clients.
