Having been shortlisted for an IChemE Global Award ourselves in the past, we know just how great it feels to be recognised by your industry peers.”

The Young Researcher Award recognises the individual who best demonstrates the impact of their research in helping to address important economic, environmental or social issues. It’s open to those born on or after 1 January 1989.

Last year the award was won by Donal Finegan, DOE National Renewable Energy Laboratory in large part for his contributions to NASA’s battery safety program and NREL’s advanced diagnostics.
