Client: Pharmaceutical Manufacturer - Oxford

The chiller units for the existing facility were no longer compliant with current regulations and costly in terms of energy usage. The objectives were to: –

1 – Prepare scope documents for an modern chilling system to enable a vendor to bid for a suitable replacement system.

2 – Issue documents, carry out a bid tender analysis of bids received and recommend a vendor.

3 – Act as client project manager to ensure the project was executed successfully including preparing a suitable contract, carrying out a technical review of the final design and monitoring the installation from a quality perspective.
