Ashley Pritchard - Ashley has over twenty five years international experience in all aspects of process and project engineering across a wide range of process industries, in both operating and contracting environments. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. A Chartered Engineer, Chartered Environmentalist and Chartered Scientist. SRA specialises in process safety and risk analysis and management for the process industries: gas processing, refining, petrochemicals, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. SRA provides independent chairmanship of HAZOP, SIL assessment and inherent safety reviews. Quantitative and Qualitative Risk Assessments, ALARP and LOPA demonstrations, PHAST modelling and incident investigations.
Andy Molloy - Andy is a Consultant Mechanical Engineer with many years experience, with a focus on the delivery of energy services, managment of energy demand and cost reductions. He has worked across a wide range of sectors, providing Operations, Energy and Maintenance Management in FMCG settings. Andy has worked as a Consultant for organisations such as DECC, Pepsico and Oxoid. Typically, his work will include Energy Demand Analysis of operation and maintenance practices which are used to establish a capital programme centred on potential opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency, reliability and availability.
Phil Carr - Phil has worked on a wide range of projects across many sectors but particularly in Life Sciences where he has worked with clients such as GSK and UCB. Phil is able to undertake Engineering Design of Process Plant and Utility Systems, deliver planning and cost control for projects and Safety Consultancy including HAZOP's and Hazardous Area Classifications. Phil is a Fellow of The Institution of Chemical Engineers to further reflect his skills and experience.
Kevin Wall - Kevin has more than 36 years of postgraduate experience and is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. He has been a chemical industry business development consultant since 1989. Initially focussing on techno-commercial studies for potential new products and cost reduction programmes for existing products, he also became involved in product development. Following a 12 year stint in the Chemical Engineering Department, at what was UMIST (now University of Manchester), as a Research Fellow investigating process development methods, he has been using the knowledge gained on process development projects for a variety of companies.
Keith Plumb - Keith (Eur Ing, CEng, CSci, FIChemE) is a process and equipment consultant with more than 40 years’ experience covering the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, fine chemical industries and food/beverages. His MBA, continued involvement with MBS and work with the media has given him a much wider prospective than most engineers. Keith has been involved with all stages of the manufacturing process from raw material preparation through synthesis, purification, formulation, filling and packaging. He is familiar with process safety, notably HAZOPs and risk assessments, Hazardous Area Classification, and the requirements for the ATEX, Pressure Equipment Directive, Machinery Directive and for CE Marking.
